Working through MITB as a part-time student has been particularly meaningful as I've been able to embark on relevant courses to directly meet the changing needs of my job, so MITB's content has certainly boosted my confidence and ability to lead and guide my colleagues in even the most technical of matters. The engaging group projects also allowed me to meet and work with a wide mix of individuals from various geographies and life stages, broadening my view of the world of Financial Services and Analytics. Our MITB professors and instructors are, more often than not, also practitioners of their domain in the marketplace, which means that their anecdotes and approach is theory tempered with pragmatism of what does and doesn't work in the real world. That said, if you're considering embarking on the MITB journey, I'd advise not to rush into it fresh out of your bachelor's degree - there's a lot of content and depth to be mined from the course content and instructors, so a few years of experience in the working world helps make the problems and solutions discussed in class more salient and puts one in a more mature frame of mind to see the application of the solutions to real-world problems.
