Biography
I am currently working as an intern in Citibank in the Citi Technology Infrastructure (CTI) enterprise. More specifically, I work in the Service Delivery Management (SDM) team which is accountable for infrastructure projects and support activities as well as overall financial management provided to the technology partners and corporate business functions of the Global Consumer Group (GCG). The team is also responsible for End-to-End Service Quality and Demand Optimization for Consumer Business. My internship period is from Oct 2013 - Mar 2014.
I am currently working in Financial Transparency initiative. The aim of this initiative is to build upon CTI's exiting Chargeback model, and come up with a customer-centric and business volume aligned chargeback model, and thus improve Financial Transparency on chargeback to consumer countries. IT chargeback is an accounting strategy that applies the costs of IT services, hardware or software to the business division in which they are used.
The internship so far has been enriching and I have had the change to interact with Citi Senior management and learn from their experiences. I would like to thank my colleagues at Citibank and my supervisor at SMU for their guidance and support.
