Biography
During my industry attachment, I work as a part of the deployment team of the Core Banking Program at ANZ. The deployment team is responsible for the mechanics, process and management involved in replacing the core banking platform. This aligns well to my previous experience in Core Banking software development (CBS) space and enables me to leverage my system knowledge.
I thank MITB for helping me to attain an internship relevant to my work experience. Through this attachment, I was able to learn about the business aspect of a large international bank and the benefit of seamless system interfacing. I acquired valuable knowledge about the various processes involved in orchestrating a big project like a core banking transformation. I was fortunate to travel to Philippines as part of the implementation which was an invaluable learning experience.
I thank my mentors Mr.Richard Tedesco and Mr.Jeremy Stubbs at ANZ for all the guidance and help during my internship.
