Decked with neon lights amidst the luscious green foliage, the setting is perfect for chilling and relaxing after a tiring week of work. The themed golf courses are sure to keep you engaged for a good few hours. During these time, we get to meet new friends from the different programmes and cohort.”

“Personally I think that this Mini Golf activity brought students and professors closer together. We got to interact with our professors in a casual setting and know them better through the games. I was really happy to be able to converse more with Professor Holly, chatting with her made me feel like she is a big sister to me.”

- Ni Yixin, MSA Student, Aug Intake

Award Presentation

Professor Wang and Professor Gudip Singh presented the prize to the Winning Team – Andrino Johan, Qi Wei, Huang Jiani, Zhang Huijie and Ni Yixin who received a Special Cocktail Trophy and Prizes!

The losing team received a hilarious toilet bowl trophy and a fun task to dance for the crowd!

SOA MPA Alumni Committee member and Class Committee Ex-President, Seah Kah Howe shared his experiences in organising students activities for his fellow classmates and how these events are helpful to build bonding and understanding among the students and strengthen their network.

After hours of laughters, the event ended with a big bang as we “huat” with a celebratory Chinese New Year Lou Hei and lunch!

“I am happy that I got to make new friends from MSA through this event. The golf game was very unique and interesting. Even though most of us had not played the game before, we really enjoyed ourselves and had a lot of fun! The thing that impressed me most was trying the Chinese New Year special “lou hei” dish from Singapore. My new friends taught me how to mix them and it tasted really good!” - Huang Shiqi - MPA Student, Aug Intake

“I want to thank the School of Accountancy Graduate Programme Office for organising this event, which gave me an opportunity to play golf for the first time. I am thankful to make new friends. The lunch was very delicious and the games were fun. It was an unforgettable experience and I’m looking forward to more of such activities in the future.”
- He Xiao, MPA Student, Aug Intake
